Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Please review your selected size and color carefully before checking out.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in new, unworn condition with original packaging. Certain items (such as final-sale accessories and opened charm packs) may not be eligible.
Sizing Note
Crocs footwear is listed in Men's US sizes — women should order 2 sizes up for the best fit (e.g., Women's 10 = Men's 8). Please check sizing before ordering, as fit-related issues may not qualify for a free return.
